This policy explains how Bharath AI Solutions ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit bharathaisolutions.com or contact us. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What this website collects

Nothing about you personally. This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. Fonts, scripts and videos are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third-party services just by viewing the site.

Like every website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability. These are not used to identify or profile you.

The enquiry form

The project enquiry form on our homepage does not send anything to our servers. When you press "Send via WhatsApp", your browser turns your answers into a message and opens WhatsApp with it pre-filled. Nothing is shared until you choose to press send inside WhatsApp, and nothing is stored on this website.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or reach out on Instagram or LinkedIn, we receive the details you choose to share (for example your name, number, email and project information). We use them only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and deliver any work you hire us for.

Those platforms are operated by their own companies (WhatsApp/Meta, LinkedIn, your email provider) and their own privacy policies apply to messages sent through them.

Legal basis (UK & EU visitors)

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we process contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client project records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Wherever you live — including the UK, EU, US (such as California) and Australia — you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just contact us and we will respond within 30 days. We never sell personal data.
